KimBiseo Shorts Uploader(이하 "본 앱")는 운영자 본인이 소유한 YouTube 채널에 본인의 숏폼 영상을 자동으로 업로드하기 위해 운영자가 직접 개발·사용하는 개인용 자동화 도구입니다. 본 앱은 일반 대중에게 제공되는 서비스가 아니며, 운영자 본인의 Google 계정으로만 사용됩니다.
본 앱은 Google OAuth 승인을 통해 YouTube Data API의 업로드 권한(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload)만을 요청합니다. 이 권한으로 접근할 수 있는 것은 승인한 계정 본인의 채널에 대한 영상 업로드 기능뿐이며, 본 앱은 다른 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
승인으로 발급되는 OAuth 토큰은 운영자 본인의 서버에 암호화된 파일 권한(소유자 전용)으로 저장되며, 운영자가 제작한 영상을 본인 채널에 업로드하는 용도로만 사용됩니다. 수집된 정보는 제3자에게 판매·공유·양도되지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
본 앱의 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 이전은 Google API Services User Data Policy의 Limited Use 요구사항을 포함하여 해당 정책을 준수합니다.
OAuth 토큰은 운영자가 언제든지 삭제할 수 있으며, Google 계정의 보안 설정(계정 > 보안 > 타사 액세스)에서도 승인을 즉시 철회할 수 있습니다. 승인이 철회되면 본 앱은 더 이상 채널에 접근할 수 없습니다.

KimBiseo Shorts Uploader (the "App") is a private, single-operator automation tool developed and used solely by its operator to upload the operator's own short-form videos to the operator's own YouTube channels. The App is not offered to the general public.
The App requests only the YouTube Data API upload scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload) through Google OAuth. This scope is used exclusively to upload videos to channels owned by the authorizing account. The App does not collect personal data from any other users.
OAuth tokens issued through authorization are stored on the operator's own server with owner-only file permissions and are used solely to upload the operator's own videos to the operator's own channels. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, and no data is used for advertising.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The operator may delete the stored tokens at any time, and authorization can be revoked immediately from the Google Account's third-party access settings. Once revoked, the App can no longer access the channel.
